Not everybody is crazy about going to the gym. Most of those who have the fab body phase, will want to be able to do simple things like pick up a bunch of books off the floor without injuring their backs or be in good enough shape to play a winning game of cricket with a few buddies. You can get all of this and more by taking a brisk walk or jog at any preferred time of the day. At home, I find a lot of people are able to keep in shape with yoga. Sandwiched in between the warming up and cooling down, could be your cardio. If variety is your spice of life, you could try different activities like cycling, dancing, jogging etc.So people should go to gym and do regular exercise daily in order to lead a better and healthier life for the future.
