Croatia stuns Germany 2-1 at Euro 2008

Croatia stunned Germany 2-1 on Thursday and took control of Group B at the European Championship by getting goals in each half from Darijo Srna and Ivica Olic. The Germans never found their vaunted pace and looked out of ideas against a crafty Croatian team that often changed the pace of the game. How ever a 79th minute goal from Lukas Podolski of Germany does not change the game much further.The Croatians were players were ecstatic on the field keeping the ball passing to each other and they really deserved this win.Hope this form will continue in the quarterfinals also.
