Kolkata welcomes Maradona

The Argentinian Football Legend-Diego Mara dona has finally arrived on a two day visit to India.He got a rousing welcome from his fans at the Kolkata airport. He then laid the foundation for the proposed Indian Football School. He also inaugurated a football academy at kolkata. This will enable all the football players from India to represent their team in the World Cup in the near future. The Salt Lake Stadium at Kolkata witnessed a large number of people as Mara dona was gathered at the centre part of the ground and all of them were overwhelmed with joy.Mara dona will visit the headquarters of the Missionaries of Charity Mother House and attend a football clinic at Mohun Bagan ground today. Hope this weekend will be a memorable one to remember for all the Indian football fans as they had a glimpse of the football legend-Mara dona who showed solidarity to his fans and the highlight of this function is that he was presented with a portrait of Che Guevara drawn by a local schoolboy. Every people were inspired about his playing skills and hence a strong football team will be selected for the World Cup in the near future.
