Srilanka clinches series victory over Pakistan

In the third and final ODI match between Srilanka and Pakistan played at Lahore, Srilanka won the match by 234 runs.After Srilanka won the toss,they choose to bat first.Srilanka scored 309 runs from 50 overs.Dilshan scored century and Sangakkara scored half century.All the top order batsman of the Srilankan team contributed effectively that helped the Srilankan team to set a massive target of 310 runs to win from 50 overs to the Pakistan team. Then in the chase Pakistan were bundled out for a mere 75 runs.Gul was the top scorer with 27 runs.Srilanka won the match by 234 runs. Srilankan bowlers ripped through the Pakistan batting line up with some excellent bowling.Kulasekara and Thushara took three wickets each and Muralidharan took two wickets. By this victory they won the series 2-1.Dilshan won both man of the match and man of the series award for his inspiring batting performance in this series.It was a deserving victory for the Srilankan team.
