The protein in nuts keeps you full longer and results in your eating less. They must be definitely used in weight reducing diets. Munching on nuts is a sure way to good health and stamina. Besides eating raw nuts, people can also use chopped nuts as topping for soups, sweets and cereals. Crushed nuts are used in bread and butter which make the food interesting, tastier and nutritious. The most inexpensive one is groundnut or peanut. It is available everywhere and can be eaten fresh which will lead a person with good health and stamina.
