Talent Hunt

A teen of the year selection seems like more than just a responsibility. The teen of the year is an initiative by the Mumbai based teenager magazine. The participants go through multiple rounds, where their skills are tested through quizzes, ice breaker sessions, project and group discussions, personal interviews and talent rounds. They aim at creating national personalities. Workshops and mutual discussion forums also help facilitate bonding among the participants. This is a platform for the students where they can exhibit their various talents and in turn they can excel in their life. There is no doubt that this event needs much better publicity and encouragement. It could be a lot better given its construct and idea. So people should participate in these types of events and they can exhibit their fullest potentials and in turn they can develop their knowledge and lead a better life for the future.
