COMPREHENSION LAB-TWO HOURS OF CRAP |
We are in the last semester of this engg degree courses , the college is working for two days in a week for the final year students. On Monday of course the theory periods especially SQM and HSN will be taken as the free hours. Only MC period will be taken in these two days. After the lunch hour the comprehension lab hour is given for 2 consecutive periods. All the students were sitting idle in the two hours of crap.Because the sir told the students should prepare seminar and 10 questions regarding technical areas of computer science and engg and the students were in no mood to do that task.Students were forced to take printouts every week and submit it to the concerned staff.Students face hardships regarding this work in the lab and they were not able to access the net because of this useless work. One thing is clear COMPREHENSION LAB really ***ks!!!

HTC Touch Dual PDA Phone |
The HTC Touch PDA Phone received numerous accolades due to its innovative touch-based navigation system, which didn't require the user to pull out the stylus while performing regular tasks. Riding on its success, the Touch range of phones currently spans three models. Today I'm taking its second iteration, the HTC Touch Dual, for a spin. It contains HTC Touch Dual Phone with Battery -- 1 GB microSD card -- USB data cable -- Battery charger -- Headset with microphone -- Extra stylus -- Software CD -- Manual -- Soft cover ...The HTC Touch (not this one, the HTC Touch Dual) has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g support for high-speed internet access. Surprisingly, HTC has removed it from the Touch Dual. This is probably due to the fact that the phone has high-speed HSDPA support. But in a country where there's no 3G yet, the fastest mode of access one would have to use on this phone is EDGE (which isn't that fast).

Intel Delivers 8-Core Platform for PC |
For those craving more performance than can be delivered by four processing cores and a single graphics card, Intel has introduced the new Dual Socket Extreme Desktop Platform. Formerly codenamed "Skulltrail," this platform supports two Intel quad-core processors, and offers a choice of multi-card graphics solutions. As HD video becomes more prevalent than ever, encoding and editing is a task that more power users are looking to their PC to do for them. Intel believes that this eight-core platform is capable of handling such workloads with ease. Each QX9775 processor offers 12 MB of L2 cache, a 1600 MHz system bus, and four cores each running at a brisk 3.2 GHz.To create a Dual Socket Extreme Desktop Platform, users would need an Intel Desktop Board D5400XS (which can support two quad-core processors), and two Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9775 processors. The QX9775 is available at a maximum street price of $1,499, while the D5400XS board comes for an estimated street price of $649...
